We are delighted to announce that main construction works have commenced for 256 new homes on our site in Cambourne, delivered through a joint venture between The Hill Group and South Cambridgeshire District Council 
 

The South Cambridgeshire Investment Partnership (SCIP) has submitted a planning application for 256 new low carbon homes in Cambourne – including more than 70 affordable, net zero homes.

The South Cambridgeshire Investment Partnership (SCIP), an equal (50:50) partnership between South Cambridgeshire District Council and Hill Group, is asking for comments on its refreshed proposals for its site in Cambourne.

So, we looked at how other great councils have successfully delivered high quality, sustainable and affordable housing and sought to build on their best practice.
