Creating a new community at Cambium Square

At Cambium Square in Cambourne, we are committed to helping meet the growing need for more affordable homes in the area.

The development will create a new neighbourhood of 256 low-carbon homes, including 72 new council homes for affordable rent and 30 homes available through shared ownership.
