Progress at Cambourne’s new Cambium Square is continuing at pace to deliver 256 new homes, 40% of which are designated as affordable. The South Cambridgeshire Investment Partnership (SCIP) has submitted a planning application for 256 new low carbon homes in Cambourne – including more than 70 affordable, net zero homes.

The South Cambridgeshire Investment Partnership (SCIP), an equal (50:50) partnership between South Cambridgeshire District Council and Hill Group, is asking for comments on its refreshed proposals for its site in Cambourne.
