We were pleased to recently welcome South Cambridgeshire Investment Partnership's board members, District Councillor Richard Stobart and Tom Hill, to our site in Cambourne for a tour and project update.
Guided by Senior Site Manager Richard Coates, they had the opportunity to see first-hand the progress as the development of 256 new homes takes shape. That includes 72 homes for affordable rent, which are being built to Passivhaus principles.
