South Cambridgeshire Investment Partnership (SCIP) has marked a major milestone at Cambium Square in Cambourne, celebrating the completion of the first homes and the development opening its doors to the public. 

At the heart of Cambium Square’s landscape vision will be the Foraging Route, a green, traffic-free corridor connecting Lower Cambourne and West Cambourne.

The latest drone image of Cambium Square shows a new chapter is being created at Cambourne. 

We were proud to recently support an engaging “What’s My Line?” careers session at Cambourne Village College, delivered in partnership with Form the Future CIC.

 

Located within Cambourne Business Park, this development is bringing forward a brand new sustainable community through our partnership.
 

Progress at Cambourne’s new Cambium Square is continuing at pace to deliver 256 new homes, 40% of which are designated as affordable. Board members from the South Cambridgeshire Investment Partnership (SCIP) recently visited the development to see first-hand the progress being made on these new homes for the local community.
